Lazy Bear Lodge made it a safe and enjoyable trip for a single person and I was very pleased with Tom especially! He knew a lot and was very kind and competent, filled with interesting knowledge and stories! He really added to the whole 'polar bear experience' and I look forward to seeing him on my next trip there! I was also impressed with the competence of the rest of the staff, especially Cat and Brad who I got to know on one of the excursions. They were so kind and a definite asset to Lazy Bear Lodge too! "Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our 4 nights with you. We were very glad we stayed that long, and next time, we'll stay longer. We saw and did so many wonderful things, it took me this long just to process it all! It was a very exciting trip--whales, polar bears, the helicopter ride and meeting and helping the research team in Wapusk National Park--and of course our great accommodations with helpful staff and wonderful food. We enjoyed the atmosphere of your beautiful hand-crafted log lodge and your hospitality. Our trip was my 50th birthday present and I'm glad you only turn 50 once as the excitement took a couple of weeks to wear off.
